Wednesday, July 10, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-023: Dave’s Hot Chicken – 942 Jefferson Road, to modify the previously approved Special Use Permit Applications (No. 1995-161 to have a restaurant with sit down and take out meal service, and No. 1997-067 to have a drive-thru) to now also allow outdoor seating, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-10./T, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday through Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
