January 27, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

Application No. 2020-032: A meeting was held to consider an application for outdoor truck parking at a parcel on Commerce Drive (adjacent to 39 Commerce Drive) in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.15-1-4. The Town Board took no action and deferred Lead Agency for the SEQR Determination to the Henrietta Planning Board.

March 16, 2021 Planning Board Meeting

Application No. 21-003 – Final site plan approval of an outdoor truck parking area was received and SEQR Determination was made (intent to be Lead Agency was declared on February 16, 2021 by the Planning Board).

March 26, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

The Town Board approved the Special Use Permit Application No. 2020-032 by resolution, which is attached in the files below.

March 29 & June 19, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearings

The Town Board held public hearings to consider suspending/revoking Special Use Permit Application No. 2020-032 due to the applicant not meeting the requirements of the initial approval.
