June 21, 2022 Planning Board Meeting
Application No. 22-012 – For final site plan approval for the continued development of an existing plaza to include a proposed 4,600 S.F. Panera Bread restaurant and a 32,500 S.F. proposed furniture store. Plaza is located at what will be known as 823 Jefferson Road in an Industrial Zoned District. Tax Account No. 162.09-1-3.111.

June 22, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-026: Panera – 823 Jefferson Road, to establish and operate a restaurant with dine in, take out, and drive-through meal service with outdoor seating, in an Industrial/Limited Commercial Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 162.09-1-3.111, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved with a condition.
