Wednesday, July 31, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-025: Urban Pulse, LLC – 3740 West Henrietta Road, to operate a retail cannabis dispensary, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.15-1-12, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
