May 11, 2022 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2022-014 - BJ’s Restaurant – 760 Jefferson Road, to demolish an existing restaurant building and construct and operate a restaurant serving alcohol with dine in and take out meal service, and with outdoor seating, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.05-1-3.3, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
