Wednesday, March 8, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-006/007: La Quinta by Wyndham Hotel (Spoleta Construction) – Fair Avenue (will be known as 105 Fair Avenue), in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 176.05-1-59.23, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
- 2023-006: to construct a 4-story hotel with approximately 84 rooms.
- 2023-007: to construct a 4-story hotel with a height of 60’ whereas Town Code only permits a height of 40’.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
