Status Updates
June 15, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-025/026: Tru By Hilton – 355 Kenneth Drive, in an Industrial Zoned District with Specifics, Tax Account No. 175.11-1-14.2, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. (Project was previously approved by Application Nos. SP2017-015/016, however the approvals have expired.)
- 2023-025: to construct a four story, 81 room hotel (previously approved by SP2017-015, but expired).
- 2023-026: to allow a height of 56’, whereas Town Code allows 40’ (previously approved by SP2017-016, but expired).
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the applications were approved by resolution, which are attached in the files below.
June 20, 2023 - Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.
For final site plan approval of a 4-story, 81 room hotel located at 355 Kenneth Drive in a Industrial with Specifics Zoned District. Tax Account No. 175.11-1-14.2. (SEQR) (Project was previously approved by the Planning Board as Application No. 17-001 in 2017, however the approvals expired prior to construction.)
