November 15, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2023-039: Durnan Realty, LLC – 324 Jefferson Road, to operate a retail cannabis store, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay (MURA), Tax Account No. 161.06-1-1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
The public hearing was held open and will be continued at the December 6, 2023 Town Board meeting.
December 6, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
