Wednesday, May 8, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-018: Ely Fagan American Legion Post 1151 – 260 Middle Road, to allow for an outdoor event (Sportsman Raffle) on June 8, 2024 with raffles, food, beer, and wine, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.11-1-4, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
Wednesday, July 31, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2024-024: Ely Fagan American Legion Post 1151 – 260 Middle Road, to operate a restaurant with dine in, take out, and drive through meal service, with outdoor seating, sale of alcohol, and occasional bands, DJs, or similar loud entertainment, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.11-1-4, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
