A meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
- Application No. 2024-019: Dennis Knab – 1546 Erie Station Road, to have horses, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 190.09-1-1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the special use permit was approved with modication and condition.
