Parking Permits for Persons with Disabilities

The Town of Henrietta issues Parking Permits at no cost for any person living in Henrietta. These are the red or blue tags that hang from your rear view mirror. If you need accessible license plates, they are issued by the DMV.

Requirements:

  • Application for Parking Permit for Persons with Disabilities. This must be in paper form. Part 1 must be signed by the applicant. Part 2 must be completed and signed by your physician.
  • New York State Driver's License or Non-Driver ID. If your ID does not list your Henrietta address on the front, please bring a utility bill or piece of mail showing your residency in Henrietta.

Temporary permits (red) are issued up to six months. Permanent permits (blue) are issued for five years.
