Approved vendors will be notified by email on or before Monday, October 7 2024.

TERMS

A suggested donation of $50 is asked to participate as a vendor. For an indoor placement, the suggested donation is $75.

Due to limited space and overwhelming interest, submitting an application does not guarantee a spot.

Vendors are required to be open for all hours specified on the date of the market. Inability to do so will forfeit acceptance.

Accepted vendors will be notified by email.

If selected, a vendor agreement form will be emailed for signature. If applicant does not respond within 72 hours, they will forfeit acceptance. If you are not selected, your donation will be refunded to you. Certain restrictions apply.

The Autumn Artisan Market at Tinker Nature Park is a rain or shine event. The event will only close in the event of extreme/dangerous weather.

Guidelines for Selling at the Autumn Artisan Market

No form of discrimination is allowed.
All vendors must have a sign clearly displaying their operation’s name and location
Each seller will be responsible for all equipment and supplies deemed necessary for their displays.
All displays shall be arranged in a manner that neither obstructs pedestrian, customer or traffic flow, nor pose any other hazards to customers; vendors may be asked by the staff of Tinker Nature Park to alleviate any said obstructions or hazards.
Vendors are expected to maintain displays that are neat, clean and free of debris
Sellers are expected to treat customers, the Tinker Nature Park Volunteer Committee and all Town of Henrietta Employees in a courteous manner
All edible items displayed for consumption must be kept 12” off the ground, or protected from contact with the ground
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at Tinker Nature Park
No pets of any kind are permitted anywhere at Tinker Nature Park with the exception of ADA Recognized Service Animals.
All products offered for sale must be of good quality and condition

Set-Up, Arrival and Break Down

No vendor shall arrive earlier than 9:00am on the day of the Autumn Artisan Market
Tinker Nature Park and the Friends of Tinker Nature Park will provide 7'x7' spaces within the Hansen Nature Center and 10'x10' spaces in the outdoor areas surrounding the Hansen Nature Center
No more than two vendors can share one space
The 2024 Autumn Artisan Market will open at 10:00am. Set-up may commence no earlier than 9:00am. Sales must begin at 10:00am.
All vendors must have their booths dismantled, their stall space cleared and cleaned of all debris within one hour of the close of market
All vendors will stay until the market is officially closed.
All vendors must dispose of their own trash; use of on-site dumpsters by vendors wishing to dispose of unsold product is strictly prohibited. Tinker Nature Park is strictly a carry-in/carry-out park.
