Autumn Artisan Market will be held October 12, 2024

We're excited to announce the first annual(?) Autumn Artisan Market at Tinker Nature Park! To apply to be a vendor please provide

  • Completed Application Form - apply here
  • Submit the suggested donation of $50. We understand not all vendors will be able to pay this, however, we encourage those who can to pay the full donation amount.
  • Acknowledgment that you have read the Rules and Regulations

Here are some things to consider:

Eligibility

Vendors of the following categories will be accepted

  1. Arts and Crafts- handmade arts and crafts, all products being sold must be handmade by the vendor

    • Ceramics

    • Drawing 

    • Fiber

    • Glass 

    • Digital art

    • Jewelry

    • Leather

    • Metal

    • Mixed media

    • Painting

    • Photography

    • Printmaking

    • Wearable art

    • Wood

  2. Prepared Foods- these are limited to items that are intended to be consumed on-site
  3. General Merchandise- these are new products that may include but are not limited to- clothing, totes, buttons, and other non-edible goods
Not Allowed
  • re-sell items
  • wholesale distributors
  • direct sales & multilevel marketing 
  • personal care items 
  • products with inappropriate messaging (profanity, divisive messaging, etc.)
  • edible items without proper NYS and Monroe County health certificates/permits/licenses
  • plants without proper Nursery Registration Certificate and a Tax ID
application Process

Vendor applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. As space allows, we will accept vendors up until midnight October 7th, 2024.
