September 13, 2023 Town Board Meeting

The Town Board declared their intent to be Lead Agency for SEQR review.

October 25, 2023 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2023-036: Erie Station Section 4 – Old Hitching Post Lane, to construct 12 multifamily senior housing buildings (comprised of apartment buildings and townhomes) with a total of 74 units, in a Residential R-2-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 189.12-3-77, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolutions are attached in the files below.
