Information Technology

The Information Technology Department is responsible for providing the technology services required by the Town of Henrietta departments and offices. The IT department manages and supports the Town’s communications network, software applications, and hardware systems along with providing guidance to other departments in the introduction and use of new/emerging technologies.

The department strives to implement technology to improve the efficiency and quality of services the Town provides to its residents.
